My name is Oksana, and I am the founder and designer of the Forest Sheep brand.
How did it all start?

The story of our brand begins in a small village in Russia. I spent much of my childhood in the forest, gathering mushrooms and berries, playing with my sisters in the fields and snow. We always had sheep, and my aunt taught me how to process their wool and knit. All of this left a deep impression on my heart—nature, hand knitting, and the tranquility of village life became a part of me. When I became a mother and was on maternity leave, I started knitting warm clothes for my child. It was not only a pleasant activity but also a way to keep warm during cold walks with the stroller. The first sweater I made for myself and my baby, with a Scandinavian pattern, marked the beginning of my creative journey. I was inspired by the variety of patterns and colors of this style, and gradually, my knitting fantasies came to life. Orders began to come in, and soon I had helpers. The project grew and developed! I still love experimenting with colors and patterns. Our mission is to create modern and cozy garments, making our customers' lives as comfortable as possible. For our customers, the quality of materials, the value of handmade work, and the story behind each item are important.
